  • Exclusive distributors


    If you currently have a retail shop(s) selling branded giftware or home décor items, you may want to expand your product offering to include Royal Selangor. We will assist you in product selection and visual merchandising to ensure you have a good-looking selection of designs relevant to your customer base.



  • Franchisees


    In markets where we have Royal Selangor offices, we sometimes appoint franchisees as a way of growing our retail presence. We work closely with our franchisees in terms of shop fit-out design, visual merchandising and employee training to bring the full Royal Selangor experience to consumers in those locations. Our experience has been that owner-operators who enjoy meeting people and selling beautiful products do well with this model.



  • Dealers


    In countries where we do not have our own Royal Selangor offices, we adopt a distributor arrangement. Our exclusive distributors in these markets set up flagship Royal Selangor retail stores, expand distribution through relevant channels and build the Royal Selangor brand through A&P activities. To ensure that the consumer in each market experiences the Royal Selangor brand consistently, we work closely with our distributors in the areas of business planning, marketing, retail fit-out and staff training.
