Figurine, Bhutadamara Mudra
(7424A) Dharma
Also known as 'Trailokyavijaya', this mudra is a gesture of warding off evil. It is often seen in representations of Vajrapani, one of the earliest Bodhisattvas of Mahayana Buddhism and the protector and guide of the Buddha. The figurine is mounted on a black nyatoh wood plinth, under which a short description appears.
